I offer counselling for both individuals and couples, creating a safe, down-to-earth space to talk openly about what you’re feeling and what you’ve been through. Whether you're feeling lost, disconnected, angry, numb, or unsure of how to move forward — we can explore it together, at your pace.
I’ve completed additional training in supporting people through baby loss, birth trauma, and perinatal mental health struggles, so you can feel confident that you’re in experienced and compassionate hands.
