Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, use and store your personal information (this means any information that identifies or could identify you). Data is handled in line with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018.
Personal data are to be:
processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner
collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes
accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date
kept in identifiable form no longer than is necessary for data processing purposes
processed with appropriate security of the personal data with the data controller holding responsibility for compliance with these principles.
Session notes will be held for four years after sessions come to an end and can be accessed by submitted a subject access request if required.
The personal information collected about you will be used by your counsellor.
We will never sell or share your personal information with organisations so that they can contact you for any marketing activities.
We make sure that the data is stored securely, deleted when no longer needed and never use it for any other purposes. Client information will be stored securely for three years after our contract ends and will be disposed of securely.
